Eligibility
You may use Yugalinks only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement, use the service in compliance with applicable laws, do not access the platform for abusive purposes, and provide accurate information.
Account registration
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, notify Yugalinks of suspected unauthorised access, and use only the access level assigned to your account.
What Yugalinks is not

AI-assisted features
AI outputs may contain errors and should not be treated as guaranteed fact. Users remain responsible for independently verifying important conclusions.
Acceptable use

Yugalinks is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, complete coverage or guaranteed trade outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yugalinks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
Yugalinks may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means the updated Terms apply.
