Cancellation of subscriptions
Users should be able to cancel recurring subscriptions. Cancellation means future renewals stop and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle. Users retain paid access until the current period ends. The timing should be visible before confirmation.
Refund overview
Refunds may be considered for duplicate billing, incorrect billing, unauthorised charges, platform-side errors, or cases required by applicable law.
Cases where refunds may not apply
Where access has been used substantially, the user simply decides not to continue, usage limits were reached as described, or access was suspended for policy violations.
Credits and prepaid usage
If credits are used, the policy should clearly explain how they are purchased, consumed, whether they expire and whether unused credits are refundable.

Contact support@yugalinks.com with account email, charge date, invoice reference if available, and a short explanation.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes user rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Local consumer-protection requirements will apply where relevant.
