What deletion means
Deletion may involve account deactivation, removal of personal data from active systems, deletion of saved content, delayed removal from backups after retention cycles, and retention of limited records where legally required.
How to request deletion
Through an in-product setting, a support request, or email to support@yugalinks.com. The platform authenticates requests to prevent unauthorised deletion.
What may be deleted
Account profile information, saved preferences, saved views, stored alerts, non-essential metadata, support history where not legally required, and AI prompt history where applicable.
What may not be deleted immediately
Backup retention cycles, fraud-prevention logs, accounting and billing records, legal compliance obligations, security audit requirements and dispute-resolution needs may delay complete removal.
User responsibilities before deletion
Users should consider whether they need to keep copies of saved research, reports, invoices or platform outputs before requesting irreversible deletion.
