Acceptable use
Users may use Yugalinks for legitimate trade-intelligence, research and decision-support purposes including export research, sourcing analysis, product comparison, corridor investigation and institutional analysis.
Prohibited activity
Users must not break the law, commit fraud, impersonate others, interfere with the service, gain unauthorised access, misuse data or outputs, submit malicious code, or misuse AI-generated content.
Scraping and extraction
Do not scrape, copy or extract platform content in unauthorised ways. Use approved export features and API workflows instead.
Misuse of AI features
Do not generate misleading trade claims, misrepresent AI outputs as official records, repeatedly submit abusive prompts, or rely on AI results while concealing they require verification.
Fair use of free access
Do not repeatedly create accounts to avoid limits, abuse promotional workflows, or extract disproportionate value through restricted tiers.
Enforcement
If this policy is violated, Yugalinks may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access depending on severity. Serious misuse may be reported to authorities.
