If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

Yugalinks may update, improve, expand, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion. Where changes significantly impact core functionality, we may communicate them through our website, dashboards, or email.

Nothing in these Services should be treated as a guarantee of business outcomes, revenue, or growth. Our role is to enable, structure, and simplify digital participation, not to promise commercial results.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law.
• The platform is primarily designed for MSMEs and related business entities operating out of India.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business when registering or interacting with Yugalinks, and to promptly update this information whenever it changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access or misuse of your account, you must inform Yugalinks at the earliest using the contact details provided in the “Contact Information” section.

3.4 Lawful Use and Good Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services and not to engage in activities that:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or policy,
• involve fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonest behaviour,
• introduce malicious code, attempts to hack, probe, or overload systems,
• infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person,
• damage the reputation, integrity, or proper functioning of Yugalinks or its ecosystem.

4. Platform Use and MSME Experience

Yugalinks aims to keep the MSME experience simple and focused on brand building, product quality, and performance tracking. As a business using Yugalinks, you:

• retain ownership of your brand, products, and content you provide,
• remain responsible for the accuracy, quality, and safety of your products,
• are expected to honour commitments made to customers through your digital presence,
• agree that Yugalinks will manage the background operations, platform configuration, and related procedures in line with our operating model.

Yugalinks does not frame MSMEs as suppliers or vendors, and Yugalinks is not positioned as a trader, reseller, or commission‑seeking intermediary. We operate as a structured, managed platform for digital growth and long‑term brand building.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Yugalinks platform, including but not limited to software, design systems, layouts, branding, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, and other content created by or for Yugalinks ("Yugalinks IP"), remain the exclusive property of Yugalinks Global Connect Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable right to use the platform and associated materials solely for your internal business purposes and only in the manner permitted by these Terms.

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Yugalinks IP,
• remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or branding,
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access underlying source structures.

You retain ownership of your brand assets, product images, and content that you provide to Yugalinks, but you grant Yugalinks a non‑exclusive licence to host, display, adapt, and use such content as required to operate and promote your digital storefront and related experiences.

6. Fees and Payments

Yugalinks may offer a combination of free and paid Services, including subscription plans, onboarding packages, managed services, and specialised growth programs. The applicable pricing, scope, and billing cycles will be explained at the time of onboarding or subscription.

By opting into paid Services, you agree to:

• pay all applicable fees as per the agreed plan and billing terms,
• ensure that payment information provided is accurate and up to date,
• comply with any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

Refunds, cancellations, and upgrades or downgrades of Services, if offered, will be governed by the specific commercial terms or policies communicated for that plan or service.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Yugalinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be limited to the fees, if any, actually paid by you to Yugalinks for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

8.2 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yugalinks, its directors, employees, and authorised representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period, it may be referred to arbitration in India in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
